Babylon the great as the empire of false religion is destroyed by the 10 horns. Who then worship the beast. Isn't the worship of the dragon and the beast a false religion?

In the middle ages this power was called feudalism. It's philosophy centered around a concept called the 'Divine Right of Kings'. Under feudalism there were a powerful elite who owned everything and allowed the peasants to keep just enough (maybe) to barely survive. These elite wielded the authority to decide whether one would be allowed to live or should die.
Today, Satan has rebranded this evil of his. It is now usually referred to as communism, although in the lands it dominates its leaders, who wield the same powers as the feudal lords, prefer to call it 'socialism' especially when establishing their selves in new territory.
The beastly power of communism has been very outspoken against religion in general, often calling religion the opium of the people. However, make NO mistake. Communists powers demand that all living under its hideous domain worship the State as the established divinity and allows no room for religion.
To answer your question though, yes this would be in a sense a false religion itself. But then again, what would one expect. Satan, the master of the beasts, has always wanted worship for himself.
