Part of the steps needed to be followed by brothers is to have a list of known apostates and deny them entery when coming to the KH if they are known for causing disruptions and also as a last resort when all other measures have failed and the police do not arrive in time the person continues to disrupt to such an extent that they're putting brothers and sisters lives in danger they should be beaten up.

This could be training provided by Fema, I posted something last year, where churches are provided funding, cameras and training for such events. But I believe it will be needed to control and calm the situations that are coming, when they're expected to fall in line with the authorities. That's why many of these church shootings and synagogue killings have been false flag operations.
