The stupid thing is that they wouldn't give it to someone of 17.5 years old but they would give it to an 18 year old. So then are they saying it doesn't matter if an 18 year old suffers blood clots? Or that a couple of months in age makes a difference as to whether the recipient develops blood clots? Perhaps they just don't care.
