From my experience when there’s a sign of any cold or respiratory infection, it’s best to use a “Desk Top” Nebuliser straight away, don’t wait for it to take hold. The Nebuliser helps take the treatment direct into the nasal passage and mouth where the virus can breed at the back of the throat and nose. Also the Nebuliser takes the medicine deep into the air ways helping prevent infection while treating any existing respiratory infection that may already have taken hold, it will help to loosen any mucus while helping you breath more easily. Treatments that are most effective for use in your nebuliser is a combination of “food grade” Hydrogen Peroxide, I prefer to use 3%, this is added to a “saline solution” which you can make from Himalaya Salt and “distilled water” use quarter of a tsp of salt to a quarter of a cup of warm water and wait till it dissolves and cools.
Or buy it already made from Amazon. You also need to add to this Lugols Solution either 2% or 5% also known as “Potassium Iodide“ also available from Amazon, if you have a sensitivity to Iodine then best to start with 2% adding two drops instead of one.
These combined are very effective antiviral, antibacterial and anti fungal treatments which are safe and harmless when taken in recommend dosage, it's even capable of removing spores due to the effectiveness of Potassium Iodide.
Please follow the guidelines in the link below.
I find Dr Jockers protocol easier as there’s less storage of saline solution. The Nebuliser below is the one that I have it sells roughly at £56.00
