No. It was the drug companies!!!
The more I see, the more I convinced I become that the translation of 'pharmakeia' at both Galations 5:20 and Revelation 18:23 as 'sorceries' is incorrect and VERY misleading.
The drug companies have been, and are, MISLEADING the entire world.

After all, the most valuable thing we have in life is our health, and what better way is there to annihilate people than by convincing them to take poisons under the guise that these will 'protect' their health.
I am grateful that the integrity of the original Greek texts of these scriptures has been maintained, and that it is now very easy for us to research the actual words and not rely on the various translators themselves, as these too, are as imperfect as the rest of us, and just as susceptible to succumbing to the influence of established prejudice.
