    Genesis It won’t make sense if the second part of the verse is included.

    The first part can be understood as using the right words at the right time to encourage others, and this I think is the focus of the paragraph. Though there are many other verses which have the same message.

    The lips of the righteous one nourish many, But the foolish die for lack of sense.

    I think they’re saying that by commending someone after the meeting for their upbuilding comment shows lips of a righteous person, it’s a strange scripture to quote, because it implies that a person not commending another would be accused of being foolish and senseless putting their lives at stake, again they’re going beyond the things written it’s a wrongly applied scripture.
