Since at least 1980, a minimum of 75% of all lobbyists in Washington, D.C. have represented foreign governments. The greatest majority of these represent China.
Rest assured, the current situation is that neither the U.S. Executive Branch nor its Legislative Branch will take breath without asking China's permission and its direction as to how deep and how strong.
