Im talking with an anointed sister who is having a hard time, having to move from pillar to post because she's trying to avoid harassment from people her daughter was once involved with, she's seeked help from the brothers but nobody takes it seriously.

I have a feeling it does refer to Christ brothers, basically because of the theme of these two chapters.
